Our infringement engine assesses trade-mark and design disputes. An accused product is decomposed into its design elements and searched against live trade-mark registers, across roughly seventy-five IP offices.

Each element is scored on the six dimensions of the global-assessment test, and every match carries its office record. The advice memo and cease-and-desist unlock only after the reviewing lawyer completes the file.
