Client Intake

Our intake desk turns every incoming client email into an analysed matter: legal field, deadlines, a conflict-of-interest check that hard-blocks approval when it hits, AML/KYC risk scored under ZPPDFT-2, a proposed team, a cost estimate and a draft reply in the client’s language.

It runs on the firm’s own infrastructure with a locally hosted model. The data never leaves; the lawyer approves and sends.
